Job Description:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. You will be the voice of arenaflex, and your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide top-notch support to our clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of identity

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with e-commerce companies or online marketplaces
  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish and English)
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
