Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line * Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met * Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (minimum 70 interactions per shift) Expected Hours and Schedule: The expected hours for this role are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in the PM Shift (2pm-10pm EST). Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.
