Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Account Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management and identification of additional products and services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools
  • Meeting department productivity and quality standards
  • Approaching each call with a can-do mindset and treating customers with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
  • Completing training requirements to learn new skills and processes, and developing proficiency in company values and competencies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • The ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
