Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Admin Support & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team by performing a range of administrative duties, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry and clerical tasks for multiple departments, including inputting data into systems, reviewing documents for accuracy, and assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entries, verifying and correcting discrepancies as needed
  • Communicating with internal teams to gather necessary information, responding to internal inquiries, and assisting with documentation requests
  • Supporting team members with other administrative duties as required, providing reports based on collected data as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, spotting errors in data and ensuring that all records are accurate and complete

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
  • Proven experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred, but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data and ensure accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a virtual environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software is a plus, but not essential
