About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brand partners — engaging consumers, budtenders, and retail teams through immersive educational experiences. Key Responsibilities

Consumer Engagement

  • Represent the brand at dispensaries, lounges, pop-ups, and community events.

  • Encourage sales through compliant demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and brand storytelling.

Education & Awareness

  • Conduct in-store pop up or demo sessions with consumers and patients, and budtenders too
  • Simplify complex cannabis topics (concentrates types, flower quality, strains) science (terpenes, cannabinoids, solventless extraction, etc.) into digestible, engaging education for new consumers.

Brand Representation

  • Maintain familiarity with all product lines, strain profiles, and manufacturing methods.
  • Ensure all brand assets (signage, merchandise, displays) are in working shape and can be professionally displayed at pop-ups in stores
  • Capture event metrics, feedback, and photo documentation to share with the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in cannabis sales, marketing, education, or hospitality preferred -

cannabis enthusiasts with depth of knowledge about the plant and these types are encouraged even if you do not have formal industry experience

  • Strong knowledge of cannabis flower, concentrates, consumption methods, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to connect with everyone from first-time consumers to connoisseurs.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills - will take ownership of brand pop-up materials (table, flyers, small displays, supplies) and manage a flexible calendar
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to travel with reliable transportation to licensed cannabis locations throughout the state's regions listed above
  • Comfortable working weekends, weekday evenings, and event-based schedules.

What Success Looks Like
