At Eastern Bluebird Anxiety and Depression Center, we are seeking a full-time Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients struggling with anxiety and depression, helping them navigate their mental health journeys from the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest mental health practices and attend professional development workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LMHC license in New York State.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in providing therapy to clients with anxiety and depression preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using telehealth technology.
