Key Responsibilities

  • Design, orchestrate, and execute global frameworks, processes, and decision‑making tools that drive cost reduction, revenue growth, and service improvement across arenaflex’s customer support ecosystem.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the arenaflex Quality‑Driven Management (QDM) methodology, ensuring measurable improvements in service levels, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of engineers, analysts, and support specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and innovation.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans, aligning technology roadmaps with strategic goals.
  • Drive the integration and optimization of global freight forwarding capabilities (e.g., CargoWise) to standardize system design, enhance data integrity, and support seamless cross‑border operations.
  • Develop and enforce robust risk‑management and compliance frameworks that safeguard employee safety, data security, and regulatory adherence.
  • Implement data‑driven performance metrics, ensuring that customer service targets are quantified, tracked, and continuously improved.
  • Facilitate cross‑regional collaboration, breaking down silos to promote best‑practice sharing and unified process execution.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and post‑implementation review of major initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
  • Champion a customer‑centric mindset, translating insights into actionable improvements that enhance satisfaction, retention, and market share.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in engineering, operations, or process improvement within a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading large‑scale system integrations, preferably with freight forwarding platforms such as CargoWise.
  • Proven track record of applying Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous‑improvement methodologies; certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, including experience building and scaling high‑performing, remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and cross‑functional partners.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as needed to support global initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
  • Experience with arenaflex QDM Master certification or similar quality‑management credentials.
  • Background in supply chain logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation technology.
  • Advanced proficiency with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across diverse geographies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for coaching, conflict resolution, and talent development.
